Are you looking to tackle your first 10KM or 21.1KM Half-Marathon? New to running and looking to build your fitness and receive coaching guidance? Our Fall 2023 Run Clinic might be just the ticket! Our program is aimed at beginner to intermediate level runners looking to build their fitness, receive coaching guidance, and progress their run training in a supportive group environment.

The Fall racing season will be here before you know it! Choose your goal distance (10KM or 21.1KM).  Group runs will occur twice weekly (Fridays @ 6pm and Sundays @ 8am) with further suggested runs throughout the week (able to be completed on your own time). Once per month we’ll get together for an interactive group workshop covering the most up-to-date and evidence informed answers to all the questions you have about the hottest topics in running. You’ll also receive expert advice and great deals on running gear from our staff.
