The ASICS Superblast 3 is built for runners who want a high-energy ride without stepping into a full race-day shoe. It delivers a fast, lightweight feel that makes everyday runs feel more responsive, especially as your pace picks up.

At the core of the update is FF LEAP™ cushioning, a next-generation foam inspired by ASICS’ Metaspeed racing lineup. It’s lighter, softer, and more responsive than previous versions, giving the shoe a noticeably more energetic feel underfoot. Paired with FF BLAST™ PLUS, the midsole creates a balance of cushioning and rebound that works across a wide range of efforts.

The outsole features a trampoline-inspired design, engineered to enhance toe-off and help you transition forward more efficiently. Combined with the shoe’s lightweight build, this creates a smooth, rolling ride that feels quick without being overly aggressive.

Up top, the engineered woven upper improves breathability, while the gusseted tongue system keeps the midfoot locked in place for a more secure fit throughout your run.
